Education, Organizational Experience, Position In Political Parties, Political Culture, And Understanding Regulations

This study is to find out the influence of education, organizational experience, position in political parties, political culture and understanding of the role of DPRD members in regional financial supervision. The population of this study was a board member in Semarang City DPRD, the sampling technique used in this study was the census by distributing questionnaires and interviewing 50 board members. The method applied in this study is a quantitative approach. The results showed that, Education, Organizational Experience, and Political Culture did not affect the role of DPRD members in regional financial supervision. While the Position of Political Parties and Regulations Understanding has an active influence on the role of DPRD members in regional financial oversight. The conclusions of this study state that all members of the board have the same duties and authorities in carrying out tasks based on understanding the regulations and taking agreement in making decisions.
